Role Overview: The role of Project Manager for External Engagements involves coordinating the delivery of outsourced projects through external creators such as UGC, metaverse agencies, and studios, ensuring high-quality gaming content and experiences for players. You will be instrumental in supporting these partners to maximize the impact of their projects within The Sandbox ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding and development of projects by external agencies and studios.
Serve as the primary liaison between The Sandbox and external partners, providing necessary guidance and resources.
Manage communications and integrate efforts with internal teams such as Marketing and Live Operations to ensure project success.
Compile and deliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders.
Drive the development and improvement of tools and processes to enhance efficiency in account management.
Desired Experience:
Extensive experience in game production or project management, preferably within a blockchain or gaming environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
Proficiency in CRM and project management tools such as Monday and Jira.
Additional Skills: Fluency in English and French. Deep understanding of tokenomics and the Web3 ecosystem is preferred. Game design knowledge and familiarity with the video game industry are advantageous.
