Role Overview: As an Analytics Engineer within our Marketing Analytics & Measurement team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts through advanced data solutions. Your work will directly impact our strategy by providing accessible, reliable data to drive decisions and improve our marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing analysts and managers to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Partner with our MarTech team to become a subject matter expert on tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Design, develop, and maintain data models within our marketing data mart to support various marketing functions.
Implement and manage DBT data models for marketing attribution and other analytical purposes.
Work closely with the Data Platform team on data governance and integration, ensuring data reliability across platforms.
Desired Experience:
Proven expertise in SQL and data modeling, with experience in DBT and ETL processes.
Strong background in marketing analytics, including attribution and site analytics.
Familiarity with Git, CLI, and agile data warehouse design.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Additional Skills: We are looking for a creative problem solver who is resourceful and persistent. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation: For US-based roles, we offer a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This does not include bonuses, equity, or other benefits.
