Role Overview: As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a critical role in the execution of strategic initiatives and overall business leadership. You will work closely with the CEO and other key leaders to drive operational excellence, business growth, and strategic influence in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams towards achieving strategic revenue goals.
Manage daily operations to ensure business objectives are met and to drive initiatives for improved efficiency.
Shape the future of Web3 through involvement in strategic product decisions.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and investors.
Desired Experience:
5+ years in executive management roles within the tech industry.
2+ years of experience working in a startup environment.
Proven track record in operational management and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills:
Experience in the Web3 or blockchain space is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for maintaining effective partnerships and stakeholder relations.

Compensation: The compensation package includes a base salary (varies by location), stock options, RARI Token grants, and a performance-based variable component, with an OTE ranging from $250,000 to $300,000. Additional benefits include unlimited paid days off, access to high-quality tech resources, and participation in a tuition reimbursement program to support ongoing professional development.
