Role Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing performance metrics, supporting our product and sales teams, and driving operational excellence with data-driven insights. You will play a key role in helping us understand market opportunities and improve our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
Analyze conversion rates, funnels, and other product metrics to provide insights that support business decisions.
Maintain and improve key performance indicators that track product and business metrics.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards that provide essential insights into our operations.
Conduct thorough research, clean data, and provide various data perspectives to uncover additional insights.
Assess the impact of new product features on business performance.
Identify and integrate new analytical tools and technologies to enhance our capabilities in data analysis.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
At least 4 years of data analysis experience.
Strong proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and mining tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights from complex data.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of the blockchain/crypto industry and experience in product analytics are preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mobile and web analytics tools is a plus.
