Role Overview: You will report to the Technical Lead Data Center Operations Engineer and be responsible for deploying and maintaining the Core Data Center and hardware infrastructure. Your work will support the real-time, large-scale requirements of our platform, ensuring an awesome experience for our community worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Deploy and maintain server, network infrastructure, power, and environmental systems within the data center.
Organize and execute on server and network repairs to achieve scalability and high availability.
Participate in the on-call rotation for critical infrastructure management.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years in large-scale Data Center Infrastructure environments.
Extensive experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining server and network equipment.
In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and lift 75 pounds occasionally.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency across multiple commercial-off-the-shelf hardware brands.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in server and network hardware.
