Role Overview: The Engineering Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of React Native and Node codebases, lead a team of full-stack engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new technologies and features. This role requires a hands-on approach with a strong focus on scaling and security in the blockchain and Web3 domains.
Responsibilities:
Architect and optimize the technical design and development of Web3 wallets.
Lead a team, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features securely and efficiently.
Maintain and enhance code quality and system reliability.
Desired Experience:
7+ years in software development with expertise in web and mobile applications.
3+ years managing high-performance engineering teams.
Strong experience in blockchain, specifically with EVM-compatible applications.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, modern build pipelines, and tooling.
Experience with smart contracts and open source software maintenance is advantageous.

Compensation: The target annual salary range for this role is $135,000 to $203,000, not inclusive of bonuses, equity, wellness allowances, and other benefits.
