Role Overview: As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be crucial in crafting engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our Web 3 platform. Your work will enhance how users interact with our platform, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative front-end systems using the latest technologies.
Take ownership of architectural assessments and delivery for client-facing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, estimate, and execute complex features.
Define and implement best practices and standards in front-end engineering.
Mentor junior team members, guiding the project’s direction and promoting a culture of excellence.
Advocate for and implement continuous improvements in our processes and products.
Desired Experience:
Demonstrable track record in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Expertise in React, Typescript, styled-components, and Rx.js.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A basic understanding of Web3 concepts with eagerness to learn more.
Additional Skills: Experience in the Web3 space is valued but not required. Candidates should be eager to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
