Role Overview: The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies, including both online and offline campaigns. This role demands creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization and implementation of growth marketing strategies aligned with project goals.
Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
Develop and execute a mix of online and offline marketing campaigns, including educational initiatives, gamification, digital marketing, and brand partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish growth strategies.
Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to ensure effective implementation and optimization.
Analyze marketing data and user feedback to refine future marketing strategies.
Support and collaborate with community administrators to understand user needs and foster positive community interactions.
Stay updated with market developments and competitor strategies.
Desired Experience:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, with solid project management skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of various marketing facets, including brand marketing, PR, content management, and digital performance marketing.
