Role Overview: This role focuses on managing and enhancing internal communications within Ripple. You will be pivotal in supporting senior leaders by maintaining effective communication strategies across the organization, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.
Responsibilities:
Support senior leadership with strategic communications and implementation within their teams.
Collaborate with the People leadership team on various employee lifecycle communications.
Manage the editorial calendar and execution of company-wide communications, including Weekly All Hands meetings.
Work with IT to optimize communication tools and platforms, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in internal communications.
Oversee Ripple’s participation in workplace awards to affirm our position as a top global employer.
Desired Experience:
Minimum 4 years in communications or public relations, with a strong preference for candidates with agency and internal communications experience.
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editorial skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively execute detailed projects.
Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
