Role Overview: The Korea Development Manager at Polygon Labs will lead strategic efforts to enhance the adoption and retention of our blockchain protocols in the Korean market. This role involves strategic planning, partnership development, and direct engagement with key stakeholders to promote the growth and integration of our technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic initiatives to promote the adoption and retention of Polygon’s blockchain protocols in Korea, tailored to local market needs and conditions.
Identify and engage with potential partners and clients to expand the use of Polygon’s technologies.
Collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements within the blockchain space in Korea.
Lead market research efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Serve as a key advocate for Polygon Labs at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing brand visibility and adoption.
Desired Experience:
Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, including familiarity with Polygon’s specific protocols and solutions.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships, with a track record of successful partnership and business development initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception through to execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
