Role Overview: The Marketing Lead will spearhead marketing initiatives for our wallet business, creating impactful narratives and communicating complex technical topics in an understandable manner. This role involves close collaboration with business strategy leads and product managers to drive growth and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic marketing efforts for the wallet business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Develop and manage narratives that clearly communicate the value of our wallet services.
Act as a product marketing manager, simplifying complex features for consumer understanding.
Lead growth initiatives, collaborating with the growth marketing team on sustainable tactics like SEO, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing.
Desired Experience:
8+ years of marketing experience in high-growth consumer technology environments.
Proven success in product launches and growth campaigns.
Deep experience working with product teams across 0 to 1, and 1 to 100 products
Experience with early-stage start-ups and dealing with quick launch cycles and iterations
Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing strategies
Strong ability to work cross-functionally, and align multiple teams and initiatives to define go-to-market strategy
Deeply curious self-starter or native understanding of the NFT ecosystem
Strong storytelling skills, and the ability to create clear and compelling narratives to drive awareness of Magic Eden as the leading NFT platform
Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
Marketing experience for B2C apps (specifically mobile payment) strongly preferred

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $210,000, depending on geographic location and other factors. Benefits include equity options, flexible PTO, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, wellness and work-from-home allowances, and a 401k plan in the U.S.
