Role Overview: The HR Operations Analyst at Decentraland will play a key role in improving the workplace environment and streamlining HR processes. This role is vital in supporting team members, executing internal processes, and ensuring a productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for company events and retreats.
Facilitate performance review processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Oversee employee engagement surveys and maintain data with Culture Amp.
Support recruitment by assisting with candidate screening and interview coordination.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
Desired Experience:
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong empathy and a keen sense of ownership.
Experience with online collaboration tools like Google Suite, Notion, and Slack.
Additional Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Prior experience in HR within the tech industry is advantageous.
