Role Overview: Sorare is seeking a People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the employee experience by ensuring operational excellence in human resources practices and procedures. You will be responsible for managing critical HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee relations for our teams in France and the US.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for employees entering or exiting the company.
Manage payroll operations in collaboration with external partners, maintaining accuracy and compliance across different jurisdictions.
Engage in contract drafting, handle administrative tasks, and address day-to-day employee inquiries.
Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Generate and analyze reports to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Conduct training sessions on HR tools and programs for employees and managers.
Lead various projects within the People Operations scope, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a related field, with a significant focus on administrative and legal aspects of HR.
Experience with international HR practices, particularly in France and the US, is essential.
Proficiency in both English and French is required to effectively manage responsibilities across both regions.
Strong skills in Excel and exceptional project management abilities.
