Role Overview: You will be integral to the development of AI-driven creation tools, focusing on multimodal large models. Your work will impact various aspects of the platform, enhancing content personalization, platform safety, and user engagement through cutting-edge AI techniques.
Responsibilities:
Develop machine learning algorithms across multimodal data to improve and personalize user experiences.
Lead research initiatives and stay at the forefront of ML technology, contributing to the community with publications and presentations.
Process and prepare high-quality multimodal datasets for model training and evaluation.
Utilize generative modeling techniques to produce engaging and dynamic content.
Integrate advanced language models to enrich platform interactions with nuanced language capabilities.
Desired Experience:
5+ years in machine learning with a solid foundation in deep learning and generative models.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience in building data processing pipelines using technologies such as Spark, Airflow, or Ray.
A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Additional Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets. A track record of innovation in applying machine learning to real-world problems. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse teams. Familiarity with ethical AI practices and a commitment to implementing responsible AI solutions.
