  • Role Overview: The Customer Success team at ConsenSys is dedicated to ensuring the success of our customers. In this role, you will work closely with product teams to enhance our service offerings and improve customer satisfaction and engagement across our core products.


  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and oversee the customer success strategy for ConsenSys’ products and partnerships.
    • Act as a key liaison between product teams and customer success, ensuring alignment at tactical and strategic levels.
    • Manage and harmonize OKRs and KPIs across teams to foster collaboration and drive project success.
    • Proactively manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure gaps in service are promptly addressed.
    • Maintain visibility of multiple projects, ensuring that all program documents are complete, current, and accessible.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain awareness and visibility of project statuses.
  • Desired Experience:
    • Proven experience in program or project management within software companies.
    • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple work streams simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills to forge and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Analytical acumen to plan and measure project success effectively.
  • Additional Skills: Background in customer service or customer success within software-related fields. Ability to work independently, driving projects to completion in a dynamic, startup environment.

  • Compensation: For candidates based outside of the USA, the salary range is $92,000—$164,000 USD, commensurate with experience and skills.
