Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to enhance the user experience of MetaMask. You will work closely with User Researchers and Product Managers to deeply understand user workflows and deliver impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with User Researchers and Product Managers to analyze user needs and craft compelling design solutions.
Develop user journey maps, user flows, UI designs, and high-fidelity prototypes that address user problems effectively.
Maintain design consistency across MetaMask products and contribute to the MetaMask design system.
Stay updated on competitor products and seek opportunities to enhance usability and usefulness of MetaMask offerings.
Work closely with Developers to refine designs during the development phase.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in user research methodologies and their application in the design process.
Experience with complex, technical design projects and proficiency in Figma.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design outputs.
Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
Additional Skills: Ability to articulate and present design decisions effectively. Experience in a collaborative, large-scale design team environment. Understanding of the relationship between brand and product design.

Compensation: The salary for US-based candidates ranges from $100,000 to $209,000, not including bonus, equity, or other benefits. Final compensation packages are determined by your experience and skills throughout the interview process.
