Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Game Services Platform Team. This position is integral to developing new features and optimizing existing systems to enhance scalability and performance within our Web 3.0 environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop features that enhance the functionality and user experience of The Sandbox products, ensuring security, high performance, and robust testing.
Work collaboratively with Product Management and other Engineering stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality in a dynamic, iterative environment.
Tackle technical challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet the intricate demands of a Web 3.0 setting.
Advocate for and implement enhancements to product quality, security, and performance.
Deliver small features and improvements independently, while also contributing to larger projects in a team setting.
Desired Experience:
Substantial experience with frontend technologies, particularly VueJS / NuxtJS.
Proficiency in additional technologies including relational and non-relational database systems.
Strong command of English with excellent communication skills suitable for a remote and predominantly asynchronous work environment.
Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
Demonstrated ability to address performance issues and optimize solutions in a web environment.
Additional Skills: Experience with Cloud Platform tools like AWS. Background in working with a remote team and in a high-performance or startup environment. Familiarity with global or multicultural team settings.
