Role Overview: We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop innovative features for MetaMask Ramps. This role involves diving deep into the crypto asset buying and selling processes, working closely with partners, and navigating integration challenges across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine features for MetaMask Ramps, enhancing the user experience.
Manage integrations with various partners, optimizing payment methods and crypto asset handling.
Conduct research and develop new features that push the boundaries of decentralized applications.
Collaborate with teams across ConsenSys to reduce technical debt and streamline processes.
Desired Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Proficiency in mobile development (React Native) and web development (React).
Strong backend development skills with Node/Express/NestJS.
Experience in agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work in North or South America time zones.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem, experience with MetaMask or other self-custodial wallets, and an understanding of blockchain/smart contract development are highly beneficial.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $209,000, excluding bonuses and equity, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
