Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics & Measurement team. This role is crucial for diving deep into the Web3 ecosystem to perform detailed customer segmentation, market analysis, and brand tracking, which will guide our product development and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive market analysis using both traditional and innovative data sources to uncover trends that influence our strategies.
Designing and executing research projects to gather critical data on customer preferences and market demands.
Leading initiatives in social listening and brand tracking to gauge consumer perceptions and compare our standing with competitors.
Collaborating across teams to integrate insights into our strategic plans and presenting these findings to senior leadership.
Desired Experience:
8+ years in market research or a related quantitative field.
Expertise in SQL and a quantitative programming language (Python, R).
Experience with complex research projects employing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an accessible manner.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with major NLP libraries and a demonstrated interest in blockchain and Web3 are highly desirable.

Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $77,000 to $155,000, depending on experience and skills, exclusive of bonuses and equity.
