Role Overview: The Senior Producer at Yuga Labs will ensure that game development projects are delivered at the highest quality and speed. The role involves close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to set, measure, and achieve ambitious project goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to define project objectives and oversee execution across multiple teams.
Develop and maintain robust project management frameworks and tracking systems.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, build, launch, and operation of new Web3 game experiences.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends in the Web3 and gaming industry.
Desired Experience:
Significant experience in managing AAA game launches, with a strong background in agile project management.
Expertise in blockchain, NFTs, and smart contract technologies.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-paced environment.
