Role Overview: As the Senior Product Manager at Infura, you will lead the strategic development and enhancement of our decentralized data storage products, specifically focusing on IPFS integration within MetaMask and other dApp development tools. This role is crucial in shaping the future of decentralized application technologies and enabling developers to build innovative and secure web3 applications.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Infura’s IPFS service.
Conduct extensive market and user research to ensure our products meet the needs of MetaMask developers and the broader web3 community.
Develop a detailed product roadmap and collaborate with engineering teams to guide product development from conception to launch.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to optimize product offerings and ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Act as a thought leader within the company, staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to the blockchain community through events and publications.
Desired Experience:
5+ years of product management experience in technology, with a strong preference for backgrounds in decentralized systems or blockchain.
Proven track record in leading the development of tech products, preferably in decentralized storage or related fields.
Deep understanding of IPFS, Ethereum, and other blockchain technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of agile product development processes and experience working with remote teams across different time zones. Familiarity with the technical and regulatory challenges in the blockchain space is advantageous.

Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $118,000 to $209,000, based on experience and location, along with benefits and equity options, ensuring our team members are rewarded for their contributions to our success.
