Role Overview: The Storyboard + Animatic Artist will play a crucial role in visualizing and producing engaging storyboards and animatics for short animation projects, each lasting between 15 to 30 seconds. This role requires a strong ability to translate concepts into visual narratives without the use of dialogue.
Responsibilities:
Create 4-6 detailed storyboards per week, effectively translating concepts into compelling visual stories.
Develop clear and concise animatics from these storyboards to guide the animation process.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure the visual flow aligns with the project’s objectives.
Adapt and incorporate feedback to refine visuals as necessary.
Ensure timely delivery of storyboards and animatics, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
Desired Experience:
Proven experience in storyboard and animatic creation, supported by a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong visual and storytelling skills, capable of conveying messages and emotions effectively without dialogue.
Proficiency in relevant storyboard and animation software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, necessary for working effectively within the creative team.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
