Role Overview: The Product Operations Team at CF Benchmarks is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our existing index product suite. This role involves managing index operations, optimizing data flow, and supporting new product implementations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the firm’s index operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Develop and implement procedures for scalable growth.
Coordinate data management and perform quantitative analysis for process enhancement and client support.
Collaborate with product development to document methodologies and support new product rollouts.
Desired Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a quantitative, data-focused role.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with digital assets.
Excellent skills in data management and processing.
