  • Role Overview: Joining the LAND team, you’ll work under the guidance of the LAND Ecosystem Director, engaging in critical activities such as planning upcoming LAND Sales, conducting market research, and securing new partnerships that align with our strategic goals. Your role is essential in expanding our ecosystem, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering lasting relationships with partners.

 

  • Responsibilities:
    • Schedule and strategize for upcoming LAND Sales including timelines, partner collaborations, and thematic planning.
    • Conduct market research to grasp current trends, scout opportunities, and understand competitive dynamics.
    • Develop and present pitch documents to prospective partners.
    • Craft and execute a Business Development strategy that expands our reach and captures new market segments.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
    • Liaise with new partners and coordinate the integration of their LAND into The Sandbox ecosystem.
    • Regularly report on business development activities and assess performance against targets.
  • Desired Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the entertainment or related industries.
    • Profound understanding of the entertainment sector’s landscape, including trends and key market players.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a keen eye for new business opportunities.
    • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with gaming and digital worlds. High adaptability and a quick learning curve in fast-evolving sectors like metaverse and blockchain technologies.
