Role Overview: The Business Lead for Solana at Magic Eden will drive product strategy and business performance, maintaining strong ties to the Solana ecosystem and ensuring the platform’s innovative presence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Solana business performance metrics including growth in volume, revenue, and active traders.
Craft innovative, long-term product strategies based on deep market insights to enhance competitive differentiation on Magic Eden.
Maintain expertise as an active trader and user on the platform, staying informed on ecosystem developments.
Support go-to-market campaigns, ensuring launches are well-positioned and resonate with the community.
Develop strategic partnerships within the Solana ecosystem, collaborating across business development, VIP, and marketing teams.
Ensure the quality of the Solana marketplace by actively testing, escalating bugs, and liaising with product teams.
Desired Experience:
7+ years in strategic partnerships or commercial strategy roles within technology startups.
Deep familiarity with the NFT market, especially trends and dynamics on the Solana blockchain.
Strong network within the Solana community, including creators and influencers.
Active participation in Magic Eden and other related platforms, providing a clear perspective on user experience improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to strategize and execute marketplace initiatives.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision plans, flexible PTO, and a 401k plan.
