  • Role Overview: The Business Lead for Solana at Magic Eden will drive product strategy and business performance, maintaining strong ties to the Solana ecosystem and ensuring the platform’s innovative presence.

 

  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee Solana business performance metrics including growth in volume, revenue, and active traders.
    • Craft innovative, long-term product strategies based on deep market insights to enhance competitive differentiation on Magic Eden.
    • Maintain expertise as an active trader and user on the platform, staying informed on ecosystem developments.
    • Support go-to-market campaigns, ensuring launches are well-positioned and resonate with the community.
    • Develop strategic partnerships within the Solana ecosystem, collaborating across business development, VIP, and marketing teams.
    • Ensure the quality of the Solana marketplace by actively testing, escalating bugs, and liaising with product teams.

 

  • Desired Experience:
    • 7+ years in strategic partnerships or commercial strategy roles within technology startups.
    • Deep familiarity with the NFT market, especially trends and dynamics on the Solana blockchain.
    • Strong network within the Solana community, including creators and influencers.
    • Active participation in Magic Eden and other related platforms, providing a clear perspective on user experience improvements.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to strategize and execute marketplace initiatives.

 

  • Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision plans, flexible PTO, and a 401k plan.
