Work Opportunities: We are seeking a talented Producer to lead the development and production of our multimedia anime content. This role offers the chance to work alongside a skilled team of writers, artists, and creative professionals to bring captivating stories to life for a global audience.
Role Overview: As a Producer, you will manage the entire production process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet our high standards for quality and innovation. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and explore new creative opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop original content ideas and oversee their realization.
Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.
Manage schedules, budgets, and production resources.
Build and maintain partnerships with external entities for content licensing and collaboration.
Desired Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in producing content for TV, film, or digital platforms.
Strong background in anime production, with additional experience in adapting game IPs preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for strategic planning and team collaboration.
Additional Skills: A deep passion for anime and familiarity with web3 technologies is advantageous.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and skills. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, a 401(k) plan, and various stipends.
