Role Overview: The Creators Program Manager is crucial in developing, leading, and refining the programs that support creators in The Sandbox. Your efforts will focus on optimizing these initiatives to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the creator community, thus driving the platform’s growth and enhancing user-generated content.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Creators Program, focusing on effective utilization of The Sandbox tools and resources.
Strategize and implement the roadmap for the program, monitoring its effectiveness through KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of the program across the platform.
Engage with creators through scalable communication and promotion strategies.
Manage the measurement and reporting of program success via OKRs.
Desired Experience:
5+ years in the gaming or UGC platform industry with experience in managing large-scale programs.
Proven ability in project coordination across marketing, product, and data teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Additional Skills:
A passion for growing creator communities and economies.
Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including NFTs and blockchain technology.
Interest in cultural and pop-cultural trends.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
