Work Opportunities: We’re looking for a Director to lead our Content Team, which plays a crucial role in developing and producing anime content that resonates worldwide. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating inspiring and engaging multimedia stories.
Role Overview: As Director, you’ll oversee both the narrative and artistic direction of our anime productions. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team of creatives and external partners to ensure our content maintains the highest standards of storytelling and visual appeal.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring excellence in animation, storytelling, and post-production.
Guide the creative process, from storyboard to final edits, ensuring all content aligns with Azuki’s vision.
Provide artistic and technical feedback to internal teams and external partners.
Adapt and evolve the Azuki IP style, maintaining consistency across all productions.
Desired Experience:
5+ years in a directorial role within film, TV, animation, or gaming industries.
Strong creative vision and proven ability to lead animation projects.
In-depth knowledge of cinematic techniques and animation software (Toon Boom, Photoshop, Maya).
Additional Skills: A passion for anime and familiarity with web3 technology are advantageous but not essential.

Compensation: Offers a competitive salary range from $160,000 to $220,000, subject to experience and role requirements. Benefits include full medical coverage, unlimited PTO, 401(k), wellness and food stipends, and a dog-friendly office environment.
