Role Overview: As one of the first full-stack engineers at WoW, you will be instrumental in building the tech architecture, developing a wide range of products, and ensuring the quality of your deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Shape the tech team as one of the initial engineers.
Develop and test new features.
Own and be accountable for your work.
Tackle technical challenges like performance optimization and scalability.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends.
Collaborate closely with the founders on product development.
Desired Experience:
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with React/GraphQL/SQL.
Background in deploying B2C products, understanding the balance between speed, quality, and security.
Commitment to team success and excellence in delivery.
Web3 development experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of Solidity is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS is beneficial.

Compensation: The position offers a salary range of $50,000 – $80,000, depending on experience and location, with full-time remote work options available.
