Role Overview: We are seeking an IT Administrator to ensure the optimal functioning of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of our IT systems, supporting our Paris and potentially New York offices.
Responsibilities:
Manage SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring smooth operation and security.
Oversee IT hardware lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory management.
Maintain network infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, and ensure security compliance.
Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance IT systems and practices.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, with expertise in SaaS administration and IT equipment management.
Strong understanding of network management and IT security best practices.
