Role Overview: The Launchpad Operations Associate at Magic Eden will play a critical role in supporting our Launchpad partners and creators. This position involves overseeing the setup and success of mints, managing partner relationships, solving problems efficiently during high-stress situations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
ME Launchpad Mint Setup: Manage the setup processes for mints to ensure a flawless user experience, utilizing knowledge of blockchain technologies and tools like Github and Linux command line.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing continuous support and guidance from the onboarding process through to the completion of their mint.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities to address novel situations and maintain composure under pressure.
Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with team members to execute operational initiatives, manage databases, and contribute to the development of new operational processes.
Desired Experience:
Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and active engagement in the NFT community.
Proficiency in using Github and Linux command line tools.
Experience in customer-facing support roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
Additional Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tech-savviness with experience in database management and data analysis.
Compensation: The role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on geographic location and other factors. Benefits include competitive compensation and equity options, flexible PTO, wellness and work-from-home allowances, and participation in Magic Eden’s equity plan.
