Role Overview: The Marketing Analyst position involves developing insights and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and contribute to our mission of making Web3 accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement measurement strategies for marketing initiatives.
Analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the return on investment.
Manage and improve the marketing data stack, including tools like Google Analytics, Segment, and Looker.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build comprehensive dashboards and reports for decision-making.
Present data-driven insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Experience:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with quantitative programming languages such as Python.
Experience in marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of attribution models, customer segmentation, and marketing mix modeling.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Background in a quantitative discipline like Statistics or Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
Additional Skills: Experience with blockchain technology and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker would be advantageous.

Compensation: The role offers competitive salary ranges from $63,000 to $123,000 based on experience and location, excluding bonuses and equity.
