Role Overview: The Marketplace Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Sorare’s auction marketplace. This position is key to driving revenue and enhancing the user experience by ensuring efficient marketplace operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust processes for the auction marketplace.
Analyze data to maintain optimal card population and support strategic actions across football, basketball, and baseball.
Lead the launch of clubs and leagues each season, managing card aesthetics, sales strategies, and operational constraints.
Collaborate with various teams to influence the product direction and improve marketplace tools and processes.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in strategic operations, preferably in a digital marketplace or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Google Sheets; SQL and BI tools expertise is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a high degree of autonomy.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with Sorare’s platform and active participation as a user is highly regarded. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and adept at navigating fast-paced environments.
