• Role Overview: The Marketplace Operations Associate role focuses on providing exceptional support to both creators and collectors on our platform. This position will be based in Australia, catering to the AEDT time zone, and involves assisting with onboarding, issue resolution, and overall customer service to ensure a seamless experience on Magic Eden.

• Responsibilities:

• • Assist NFT creators with the onboarding process and resolve any issues they encounter.
  • Provide customer support to NFT collectors, ensuring their concerns and issues with the platform are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective execution of operational initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain operational documents such as databases and spreadsheets to support efficient processes.
  • Monitor user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.

• Desired Experience:

• • Active engagement in the NFT community with a thorough understanding of blockchain technology.
  • Strong background in customer support and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using various software and online platforms, with experience in database management and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
