Role Overview: The Motion Designer/Illustrator at Azuki will use their expert skills in motion design, illustration, layout, typography, and color theory to contribute to projects from conception through to production. This role involves close collaboration with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual content.
Responsibilities:
Utilize established art assets and style guidelines to create innovative motion effects and high-end 2D illustrations.
Collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Content, Product, and Design to ensure cohesive project execution.
Manage and execute multiple design projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.
Translate and evolve the brand’s visual language, maintaining consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Desired Experience:
At least 2 years of professional experience in multimedia design, with a focus on motion graphics and animation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and other relevant design software.
A strong foundation in design principles and a proven ability to apply them in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
Additional Skills: Interest in anime and web3 technologies is beneficial, adding value to Azuki’s culture of innovation and forward-thinking.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000, based on experience and role level.
