Role Overview: The Polygon Success Manager (PSM) at Polygon Labs plays a crucial role in nurturing our relationship with builders. As a PSM, you will ensure that builders have an exceptional experience with Polygon, aiding in their development journey and maximizing their success using our blockchain technology.
Responsibilities:
Lead the initial engagement and continuous interaction with builders to ensure they are seamlessly integrated into the Polygon ecosystem.
Proactive Relationship Management: Execute engagement and communication strategies to maintain high satisfaction levels, including regular performance reviews and check-ins.
Leverage Polygon chain data to provide actionable insights, guiding builders toward greater adoption and satisfaction.
Proactively address potential risks to builder satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary contact for builders, ensuring their feedback is incorporated across various internal teams.
Educate builders about Polygon’s technologies and help them maximize the benefits.
Keep abreast of Web3 developments to align solutions with builder needs.
Manage builder interactions and issues efficiently, ensuring clarity and timely resolution.
Collaboration with Business Development/Solution Engineering: Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on builder feedback.
Develop relationships with key builders to create advocates for Polygon through various marketing initiatives.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven track record in a client-facing role, preferably in technology or blockchain.
In-depth knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technology.
Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently in a dynamic environment.
Additional Skills: A strong understanding of the blockchain environment and market trends in Web3 will be advantageous.
