  • Role Overview: The Polygon Success Manager (PSM) at Polygon Labs plays a crucial role in nurturing our relationship with builders. As a PSM, you will ensure that builders have an exceptional experience with Polygon, aiding in their development journey and maximizing their success using our blockchain technology.


  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead the initial engagement and continuous interaction with builders to ensure they are seamlessly integrated into the Polygon ecosystem.
    • Proactive Relationship Management: Execute engagement and communication strategies to maintain high satisfaction levels, including regular performance reviews and check-ins.
    • Leverage Polygon chain data to provide actionable insights, guiding builders toward greater adoption and satisfaction.
    • Proactively address potential risks to builder satisfaction and retention.
    • Serve as the primary contact for builders, ensuring their feedback is incorporated across various internal teams.
    • Educate builders about Polygon’s technologies and help them maximize the benefits.
    • Keep abreast of Web3 developments to align solutions with builder needs.
    • Manage builder interactions and issues efficiently, ensuring clarity and timely resolution.
    • Collaboration with Business Development/Solution Engineering: Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on builder feedback.
    • Develop relationships with key builders to create advocates for Polygon through various marketing initiatives.
  • Desired Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • Proven track record in a client-facing role, preferably in technology or blockchain.
    • In-depth knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technology.
    • Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Additional Skills: A strong understanding of the blockchain environment and market trends in Web3 will be advantageous.
