Role Overview: As a Principal/Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Personalization team, you’ll develop cutting-edge machine learning models focused on user and content understanding and generation. This role is crucial for enhancing our platform’s search and discovery capabilities to personalize user experiences effectively.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement machine learning models for text and visual search and discovery.
Develop Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative models for content creation.
Drive continuous improvement in our ML solutions, aligning with user growth and product evolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community-focused product development.
Engage with the broader tech community to represent Roblox’s innovation in ML.
Desired Experience:
6+ years in machine learning and search solutions, especially in a large-scale environment.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Proficiency in designing scalable ML solutions and integrating complex systems.
