Role Overview: The Product Management Lead for our NFT marketplace will spearhead the development and strategic direction of our cross-chain product offerings. This key role involves deep engagement with the blockchain ecosystem and leading a cross-functional team to innovate and expand our marketplace capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Drive the product strategy for the NFT secondary trading marketplace within Magic Eden.
Conduct extensive market research to stay ahead of trends in the NFT and crypto industries.
Define and refine the product vision and roadmaps, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
Desired Experience:
8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the tech or crypto industries.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, NFT trading, and blockchain technology.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-paced environment.
Additional Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and a proven track record of developing web3 technologies.

Compensation: The full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $215,000 to $250,000, along with benefits such as equity options, flexible PTO, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, wellness and work-from-home allowances, and a 401k plan for U.S. employees.
