Role Overview: As a Senior Back End Developer on the Protocol Team, you will play a critical role in developing backend services for the Rarible Protocol, ensuring robust and reliable data integration from blockchain and other sources into our internal databases.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop core service components for the Rarible Protocol.
Implement automated testing to align with business objectives and facilitate regression testing.
Enhance the performance of existing systems and maintain high standards of data reliability.
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
Advocate for and implement best practices in technology and software development.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices.
Desired Experience:
Expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring framework.
Proficiency in using MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
Experience working in fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed startup environments.
Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative work ethic are essential. Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web 3 concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
