Role Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Enablement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing how builders, customers, and partners use and benefit from our products, including MetaMask, Infura, Linea, and CNFT. This role involves delivering a seamless onboarding experience, conducting training sessions, and offering technical enablement through code reviews and hands-on workshops.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new users and provide comprehensive training to enhance their understanding and skills in Web3 development.
Engage directly with builders to develop and enhance their applications by providing expert technical assistance and peer programming sessions.
Drive initiatives to improve our support infrastructure and enablement processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users.
Desired Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background in Web3 application development.
Proficient in back-end development, particularly with TypeScript and Node.js, and an understanding of blockchain/smart contract development in Solidity.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
Additional Skills: A solid understanding of Ethereum and experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
