Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior 3C Product Manager to lead our development team focused on character, controller, and camera systems. This role is crucial for driving the project’s strategic roadmap and ensuring the successful execution of the game vision.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Tech Leads and Game Design teams to define and implement the development roadmap for 3C components.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and adapt strategies to align with evolving project goals.
Serve as the primary communication liaison across various teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in project objectives and deliverables.
Convert complex game designs into detailed work plans and monitor the development process to meet high-quality standards.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Desired Experience:
Extensive experience with Unity 3D, focusing on player control mechanics and interactive game systems.
Strong background in animation and system design, preferably within a gaming context.
Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to completion in the gaming industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust understanding of 3D math and data structures.
Additional Skills: Experience in Agile project management and familiarity with Jira or similar tools is preferred. Effective communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
