Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Golang Software Engineer with a strong background in scalable systems, cryptography, and mathematics. This role involves leading the development of new features for our gnark framework, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring best practices in code quality and security.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new features for gnark, enhancing its capabilities and performance.
Actively participate in the architectural and decision-making processes at Linea.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and in production environments.
Uphold high standards of code quality and security within the codebase.
Desired Experience:
Profound expertise in Golang and high-performance computing.
Experience with Zero-Knowledge Proof technologies such as ZKP, SNARK, or STARK.
Active involvement in open-source projects and a commitment to collaborative development.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Additional experience in low-level programming, compilers, or HPC is advantageous.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies, such as Solidity, SMT solvers, or compilers, will be considered a plus.
