Role Overview: Ripple is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development for RippleX, focusing on Institutional DeFi. This role involves leading initiatives to drive adoption of blockchain technology in the financial services sector through strategic partnerships and development of new market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business development strategy for Institutional DeFi at Ripple.
Identify and cultivate relationships with financial institutions interested in blockchain solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to bring new offerings to market.
Drive innovation in the tokenization of real-world assets and the use of DeFi protocols.
Represent Ripple at key industry events and conferences to enhance its presence in the blockchain ecosystem.
Desired Experience:
Over 10 years of experience in business development, particularly within the financial services industry.
Strong familiarity with blockchain technology, Institutional DeFi, and the regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage complex projects.
