Role Overview: The Product Designer role at Magic Eden is critical for shaping the user experience across our NFT platform. This position involves working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design and implement UI/UX initiatives that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs, and integrate these insights into design decisions.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system that enhances product feature sets across Magic Eden products.
Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and articulate UX decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
Conduct UX research, prototype testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytical data.
Ensure visual and functional consistency of software implementations with design specifications through QA and feedback cycles.
Desired Experience:
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a proven track record in building and designing consumer-facing products.
Proficiency in Figma and other standard design software used in the industry.
Strong knowledge of web and mobile design standards and best practices.
Additional Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts and strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in crypto, NFTs, and the Solana ecosystem.
Compensation: The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $200,000, along with equity options, flexible PTO, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, and wellness and work-from-home allowances. Additionally, this role includes participation in Magic Eden’s equity plan.
