Role Overview: The Senior Product Manager at Magic Eden will be instrumental in shaping the future of our multi-chain ecosystem. This role involves leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features to enhance user engagement and expand our platform’s capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development and launch of new product features, focusing on innovation and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and engineers, to inspire and achieve ambitious product outcomes.
Conduct extensive market research to keep abreast of the latest trends in the NFT and crypto industries.
Define a forward-looking vision for the platform, exploring new user segments and trading experiences.
Desired Experienc:
6+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech or crypto sectors.
A strong track record of turning insights from unsuccessful experiments into successful product features.
Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing to drive decision-making and product improvements.
Additional Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. A deep interest in digital collectibles, NFT marketplaces, and crypto-native product development.
Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and location, along with equity options and benefits. Benefits include flexible PTO, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, wellness and work-from-home allowances, and a 401k plan available in the U.S.
