  • Role Overview:  We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to lead and drive the adoption of DeFi and institutional financial use-cases on the XRP Ledger. This role involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate and promote our advanced blockchain solutions.


  • Responsibilities:
    • Strategize and execute RippleX’s business development initiatives focusing on DeFi and institutional use-cases.
    • Foster a sustainable ecosystem, building partnerships that support and expand the XRP Ledger.
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to launch new services that facilitate institutional engagement in DeFi securely and compliantly.
    • Spearhead initiatives to tokenize real-world assets and drive cryptocurrency-related ETFs with strategic partners and internal teams.
    • Represent Ripple in various industry events and conferences.
  • Desired Experience:
    • Over 10 years of experience in business development or sales within traditional finance or fintech.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in blockchain technologies, particularly institutional DeFi.
    • Proven success in developing innovative partnerships and navigating complex deal structures.
    • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Additional Skills: A passion for the transformative potential of cryptocurrencies and decentralization. Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
