Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead our platform team. This pivotal role involves steering the development of next-generation Web3 solutions, requiring a strong technical background in computer science or software engineering, and a deep understanding of blockchain technologies.
Responsibilities:
Product Development & Strategy: Work closely with engineering teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive the development of SDKs and infrastructure for NFT marketplaces and other applications.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and align product strategies.
Community Engagement: Maintain strong connections with the Web3 developer community, participating actively in forums, events, and discussions.
Analytics & Iteration: Use data-driven insights to refine product features, enhancing user experience and adoption rates.
Desired Experience:
Strong technical expertise in computer science or software engineering.
Profound knowledge of Web3 technologies, blockchain protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts.
Experience in leading engineering teams to deliver complex systems on schedule and within budget.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for continuous learning and adaptation in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Additional Skills: A proven track record in agile development and a knack for rapid iteration and innovation in technology development are highly desirable.

Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on geographical location and candidate experience, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $120,000 to $260,000. Compensation includes base salary, stock options, Tokens, and a performance-based variable component. Final compensation will be determined by your skills, experience, and other business considerations.
