Role Overview: The Tokenomics Analyst role is centered on enhancing financial and economic models within Animoca’s blockchain projects. This includes data analysis, strategic development, and optimization of token economies.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data on cryptocurrency and blockchain markets, including trends, volumes, and token performance.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Implement data pipelines and analytics tools to support in-depth tokenomics research.
Collaborate across teams to design token utility, governance, and security models.
Contribute to the creation of litepapers and whitepapers.
Identify and facilitate potential partnerships within the ecosystem.
Desired Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain markets, and on-chain data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
Additional Skills: Deep understanding of Web 3.0 and blockchain technologies, with experience in token economy design and scholarly publication in the field.
