David Guetta will perform a DJ set as an avatar on virtual game platform Roblox, kicking off his entry into the metaverse.
Developer Wonder Works Studio has teamed up with Warner Music Group (WMG) to create an interactive DJ set, “David Guetta DJ Party”, that will debut on Roblox today, Friday, February 4th at 4:00 pm PT.

In addition to a 45-minute set, the event will include an interview with the producer. There are a number of ways fans can interact with the experience, including a dance battle, a puzzle that unlocks special abilities, and virtual merchandise.
“Working on this concert has allowed me to bring an amazing new creation to life with design and production to suit the virtual world,” Guetta explains. “We’ve built something that will play host to one of the most unique shows I’ve ever done and I can’t wait for everyone to experience it with me.”
