The world’s first voice NFT, Voiceverse Origins, launched on January 29th with 8,888 NFTs and sold out within 10 minutes after going on public sale. This is an extremely rare occurrence for Ethereum blockchain-based NFT collections.

Voiceverse was founded by three BAYC members with a mission to pioneer a new type of NFT with high intrinsic utility, enabling holders to bring their voice to the metaverse.

The AI voice model is envisioned for unlimited use across the metaverse for Text-to-Speech (TTS), real-time communication, and bringing life to collections by animating other NFTs.

Holders will be able to use the voices in metaverse spaces (including games, video calls, etc.), mix different voice NFTs to generate a new voice NFT, or add them to their existing PFP NFTs.

Voiceverse is powered by LOVO AI, a leading next-generation platform for AI voiceover and text-to-speech with human-like voices.

The partnership with celebrity voice actors allowed Voiceverse to enter the world of NFT with notable traction. Voice actors in partnership with the project include Charlet Chung, Andy Milonakis, and Jonny Cruz.

Following a week of pre-sale, Voiceverse Origins sold out in 10 minutes and has been trending across all categories on OpenSea and ranked among the top 10 performers by sales volume (by count).
